Individual Counselling
If you can’t switch off, feel like you’re running on empty, or have been carrying too much for too long, counselling can help.
I work with women experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, and the mental load of always being “on.” Together, we’ll create practical, lasting strategies to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself again.
Together, we’ll work to:
- Quiet racing thoughts and mental overload.
- Reduce anxiety and chronic stress.
- Build confidence and self-trust.
- Create healthier boundaries without guilt.
- Reconnect with yourself beyond the demands of everyday life.
My Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-informed.
Every session is tailored to your unique needs, drawing from therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches.
Rather than simply talking about problems, we’ll work together to build practical skills that support meaningful, lasting change.
What to Expect:
- Secure video or telephone sessions.
- Individual counselling for adults across British Columbia.
- Flexible appointment times.
- Receipts provided for extended health benefit reimbursement.
Getting Started
Your first step is a free 20-minute consultation.
This is an opportunity to share what’s been bringing you to counselling, ask any questions you have, and see whether we’re the right fit to work together.
You don’t have to keep running on empty.
