About Me

Hi, I’m Kandice

Clinical Counsellor (MPCC) | CPCA

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through anxiety, stress, burnout, and life’s many challenges.

When I became a mother, I experienced firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself beneath the mental load of caring for everyone else. Even with professional training, I wasn’t prepared for the constant pressure, racing thoughts, and feeling that I always had to keep going.

That experience didn’t just shape me personally—it deepened the way I work as a counsellor.

Today, I help women who can’t switch off, who are running on empty, and who want to feel calmer, more confident, and more like themselves again.

My Approach:

I believe therapy should feel practical, supportive, and collaborative.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Quiet racing thoughts and mental overload.
  • Reduce anxiety and chronic stress.
  • Build confidence and self-trust.
  • Create healthier boundaries without guilt.
  • Reconnect with yourself beyond the demands of everyday life.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful, lasting change.

As a South Asian therapist, I also understand that culture, family expectations, and life experiences can shape how we see ourselves and the challenges we face. I strive to offer a warm, respectful, and culturally aware space where you can show up exactly as you are.

You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.

When you’re ready, I’d be honoured to support you.
