You don’t have to keep running on empty.

Virtual counselling for overwhelmed women in BC dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout and a mind that can’t switch off.

YOU’RE STILL GETTING EVERYTHING DONE.

But it’s costing you.

The women keeping everything running — careers, households, relationships, everyone else’s needs — are often the ones running on empty. Sometimes the problem isn’t that you need more self-care. It’s that you’re carrying too much.

You may be carrying too much if…

01

Your mind won’t switch off.

You lie awake replaying conversations, running through tomorrow’s list, wondering if you’ve forgotten something. The quiet never really arrives.

02

Everyone relies on you.

You’re the one who holds it all together — at work, at home, for everyone else. But who holds it together for you?

03

Rest doesn’t feel restful.

Even when you stop, you can’t really stop. Downtime feels like borrowed time, and guilt follows you into every moment of stillness.

04

You don’t feel like yourself anymore.

Somewhere under the exhaustion and the endless to-do list, there’s a version of you that feels calmer and more grounded. You’d like to find her again.

UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU’RE EXPERIENCING

What happens when you’ve been running on empty for too long.

Chronic stress and emotional overload don’t announce themselves. They build quietly — through disrupted sleep, a shorter fuse, the sense that you’re going through the motions. For women carrying the mental load of work, family and everyone else’s wellbeing, the nervous system eventually stops distinguishing between real urgency and everyday demands. Everything feels urgent. Rest stops feeling safe.

This isn’t weakness or burnout in the way it’s talked about casually. It’s a physiological and psychological response to sustained pressure — and it responds well to structured, evidence-informed support.

Counselling for stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.

Feel calmer — without pretending.

We work to regulate your nervous system and reduce the baseline anxiety that keeps you on high alert. Not by suppressing it — by understanding what’s driving it.

Set boundaries without the guilt spiral.

Many women know what they need to do — they just can’t follow through without the weight of guilt. Counselling helps you understand where that pattern comes from and how to shift it.

Feel like yourself again.

Beneath the exhaustion and the constant demands is a version of you that feels calmer, more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself. That’s not lost — it’s what we work toward.
