I’m a Registered Counsellor (CPCA) and Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC). I support women who are overwhelmed, stretched thin, and quietly burning out.
Even with years of professional training, nothing prepared me for the emotional weight that came with motherhood — the pressure, anxiety, and relentless mental load. That experience changed how I approach counselling.
My Journey:
Before creating my virtual practice, I worked as a professional counsellor supporting adults through complex challenges. When I became a mother, I realized that even with all my training, I needed guidance for my own stress, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm.
I combined professional training with lived experience to create counselling that is practical, empowering, and deeply human.
